Continually improved and optimised over the years to ensure the highest quality of PMB produced by our customers, the special rotor-stator configuration of our homogeniser mill leads to a very high shear action towards the polymer dissolving it into the bitumen with superior results.
Main features
- Max. rotating speed: 2.000 rpm.
- Electrical motor 160 kW power for high shear action, belt-pulley transmission.
- Shaft seal with packing gland, water closed circuit for cooling with thermostat and fan.
- Hot oil jacketing with sectioning valves.
- Micrometric setting of rotor and stator gap with 0,1 mm step.
